AMPM Building Services is the delivery arm of AMPM Group — one accountable contractor for mechanical, electrical and public health; commercial fit-out and refurbishment; building fabric; and groundworks and external works, across London and the South East. A young company built on a 29-year track record, self-delivering across four lines with a named contact and audit-ready documentation from day one. Who we are

AMPM Building Services Limited (CRN 17225766) is the building-services delivery arm of AMPM Group. It is a new company, incorporated in 2026, but it does not start from zero. It draws on the 29-year record and client base of its sister company, Gemini AMPM, which has protected some of the South East's most demanding buildings since 1997. The compliance posture, the audit framework and the operating stack are the Group's — not a new contractor's first attempt at them. For a buyer, that means the speed and single point of contact of a lean team, backed by an established Group behind it.

What we self-deliver

We are set up to self-deliver across four disciplines under one contract, so the interfaces between trades sit with us rather than with you. The work is delivered to the relevant standards and codes by qualified, competent operatives.

  • MEPH — mechanical, electrical and public health: HVAC, LV power and lighting, drainage and above-ground public health, delivered to BS 7671 and CIBSE guidance
  • Commercial — fit-out and refurbishment: Cat A and Cat B, occupied-building works and phased handovers
  • Fabric — building envelope, roofing and cladding, plus BSA 2022 remediation delivered to PAS 9980 methodology
  • Groundworks and landscaping — external works, hard and soft landscaping, drainage and site infrastructure

How we work

We run every job as one accountable team. You get a named contact — a person who owns the job, not a sales desk — and a single point of responsibility across all four lines. We answer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so a fault at 3am is dealt with the same way as one at 3pm. The golden thread is our default, not an upgrade: every design decision, product and certificate is recorded from day one and handed over audit-ready, rather than reconstructed at the end. We work under CDM 2015 throughout.

Governance and accreditation

We are deliberate about what we claim, because you will verify it. AMPM Building Services is a young company and today it operates under the accreditations held across AMPM Group — primarily through Gemini AMPM — rather than in its own name. Gemini AMPM holds NSI Gold, BAFE, FIRAS and Constructionline Gold among its accreditations. The full certificate pack is sent with every PQQ response. Our own management systems are in build: an integrated management system aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with the intention of seeking UKAS-accredited certification in due course. Scheme registrations we are pursuing in the AMPM Building Services name are in registration and not yet held. Until certificates are awarded in our own name, we operate under the Group accreditations above. Separately, all works are delivered to the applicable standards and regulations — BS 7671, CIBSE, Approved Documents L, F and S, PAS 9980, SFG20, CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act 2022 — as method, by qualified and competent operatives.

Coverage

We cover London and the South East, anchored on our Burgess Hill base. Our core is the West Sussex triangle around Crawley, Gatwick and Brighton, extending across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Berkshire and into central London. Because we self-deliver and answer 24/365, coverage is about response as much as geography — a named contact who can mobilise across the region for planned works and emergencies alike.
