Do you handle external drainage, SuDS and permeable paving?
Yes. We design and build surface-water drainage as part of the surfacing - including permeable paving and SuDS features detailed to the CIRIA SuDS Manual (C753) - so the surfacing and the drainage are delivered by one team.
Can you surface a car park around a live, occupied building?
Yes. Much of our surfacing is phased around live sites - out-of-hours access, segregated routes and protected pedestrian flows under CDM 2015 - so parking and access stay open while we work section by section.
Do car parks and footpaths meet accessibility requirements?
Yes. Accessible bays, dropped kerbs, tactile paving and footpath gradients are set out to meet Building Regs Part M, with line marking and signage delivered as part of the same package.
