Education

Schools, colleges and universities can't down tools for a building project — works have to fit around term time, keep pupils and staff safe, and meet the standards the DfE and ESFA set. We bring MEPH, fit-out, fabric and external works together under one accountable team, so the bulk of the disruption lands in the holidays and the site hands back ready for the first day of term.

FAQs

Your questions,
answered.

Can you work around term time and in holidays?

Yes — that's how most school projects run. We plan the noisy and disruptive work into half-terms and the summer break, sequence the rest around the teaching day, and hand rooms back ready for the first morning of term.

Are your teams safeguarding-aware and DBS-checked?

Yes. Teams working on occupied education sites are DBS-checked and briefed on safeguarding before they arrive, and we follow your visitor, signing-in and supervision procedures throughout.

Do you meet DfE and Building Bulletin standards?

Yes. We design and build to the DfE and ESFA output specifications, including BB93 for acoustics and BB101 for ventilation and indoor air quality, alongside the Building Regulations and CDM 2015.

Can you work on an occupied school site safely?

Yes. We segregate the works with hoarding, keep clear separation between site traffic and pupils, and phase the programme so teaching continues — with the bulk of the disruptive work moved into holidays and out-of-hours slots.

Which areas do you cover?

London and the South East, including Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Berkshire.
