Do you carry out building-safety and cladding remediation?

Yes. We deliver cladding replacement, recladding and wider fire-remediation works on apartment blocks and higher-risk buildings, with external wall systems tested to BS 8414 and assessed against BR 135, and full records handed over for the safety case.

Can you work in occupied residential blocks?

Yes. Most residential and BTR works are phased around live, tenanted buildings — resident notices, managed access, out-of-hours working and noise control — so people keep living at home while we work. We hand over block by block.

Do you handle the golden thread and safety case records?

Yes. We maintain the golden thread of information required under the Building Safety Act 2022 — as-built drawings, fire-stopping records, certification and O&M data — handed over in a structured set that feeds the building's safety case.

Do you cover communal M&E and water hygiene?

Yes. We self-deliver communal heating, ventilation, landlord power and lighting, plus water hygiene — tanks, distribution and Legionella control — with smart metering for resident billing. BS 7671 electrical certification is provided throughout.
