Sectors we serve
The same four self-delivered service lines - MEPH, fit-out, fabric and landscaping - tuned to how each kind of building actually works. Explore the sectors we know best across London and the South East.
The buildings
we know best.
What changes,
sector by sector.
The four service lines stay the same in every building. What changes is how the work has to be planned: when a system can be shut down, who is in the building while we work, which standards the client’s own engineers will hold us to, and what the handover has to prove. The table is the short version for each sector we work in across London and the South East; each sector page goes into the detail.
| Sector | Typical scope | What shapes the programme | Standards we work to |
|---|---|---|---|

Across every sector the constant is one accountable team: the same people plan the shutdown, do the work and hand over the records, and the reactive line is answered 24 hours a day. Accreditations are currently held at group level by our sister company Gemini AMPM while AMPM Building Services’ own registrations are in progress, and we set that out plainly in any PQQ. For the day-to-day side of every sector, see maintenance and 24/7 response.
