How do you ensure cladding fire compliance?
We specify and install systems with cladding fire performance assessed to BS 8414 against the BR 135 criteria, designed to meet Building Regulations Part B. Product data and records are retained for the building's safety case.
Do you carry out external wall insulation and retrofit?
Yes. We deliver EWI and fabric retrofit within the PAS 2030 / 2035 framework, improving thermal performance to Part L while keeping the fire strategy and detailing correct.
Can you work on occupied buildings and at height safely?
Yes. We plan access with scaffold, MEWPs and mast-climbers and sequence the works elevation-by-elevation under CDM 2015, keeping residents and the public safe around live buildings.
