Commercial Offices & Workplace

From Cat-A landlord works to a fully-fitted Cat-B workplace, an office touches every one of our trades at once. We bring MEPH, fit-out, fabric and external works together under one accountable team — so the services, the space and the building hand over on the same date.

FAQs

Office projects,
answered.

Do you do both the fit-out and the M&E?

Yes — that’s the point of using us for an office. MEPH, fit-out, fabric and external works are self-delivered under one team and one programme, so the services and the space hand over together.

Can you work in an occupied office, floor by floor?

Yes. Most workplace projects are phased around a live building — out-of-hours isolations, temporary services and floor-by-floor handover — so the business keeps running while we work.

What’s the difference between Cat A and Cat B?

Cat A is the landlord’s base finish — services, ceilings and raised floors; Cat B is the occupier’s fit-out on top — partitions, joinery, finishes and FF&E. We deliver both, and the transition between them.

Can you hit a fixed move-in date?

Yes. We pin long-lead items at design stage and run a buildable programme with one project manager accountable for the date — the fixed point we plan back from.

Which areas do you cover?

We deliver office and workplace projects across London and the South East, including Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Berkshire.
