FAQs

Your questions,
answered.

What does a Category B fit-out cover?

Cat B is the occupier fit-out: partitions, joinery, meeting rooms, branding, finishes and FF&E built on top of the Cat A base. It's where the space becomes the tenant's — laid out to how the team actually works, to the move-in date that has to hold.

Can you take a floor from Cat A through to Cat B?

Yes. We deliver both Cat A and Cat B, and the transition between them — so the lettable shell and the occupier fit-out run as one programme under one accountable team rather than a handover between contractors.

How do you hold the move-in date?

We pin long-lead items and FF&E at design stage, procure early and run a buildable programme with one project manager accountable for it. The move-in date is the fixed point we plan the whole fit-out back from.

Which areas do you cover?

London and the South East, including Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Berkshire.
