Why keep the M&E in-house rather than sub-let it?
Sub-letting the M&E is the most common source of programme slip on a fit-out - the services and the fabric fall between two trades. We hold the M&E in-house, so one contractor and one project manager carry the whole floor, services included.
Do you cover fire-stopping and compartmentation?
Yes. Fire-stopping and compartmentation are built into the package - installed and recorded to support compliance with Building Regulations Part B. Because the M&E and the fabric are the same contractor, every penetration is sealed and logged, not left between trades.
What do we get at commissioning and handover?
