Commercial Fit-out

Refurbishment

Commercial refurbishment across London and the South East — strip-out, remodelling and M&E upgrades to repurpose existing space. Much of it phased around live, occupied buildings, with the M&E held in-house so the floor keeps running while we bring it up to standard.

FAQs

Your questions,
answered.

Can you refurbish an occupied building without shutting it down?

Yes. Much of our refurbishment work is phased around live, occupied buildings — soft strip and noisy works out-of-hours, floor-by-floor sequencing and tight protection to base build — so the building keeps running while we refurbish it.

How do you handle asbestos in older buildings?

We work to CAR 2012 and the duty to manage. Where a refurbishment or demolition survey flags asbestos-containing materials, licensed removal is arranged before our works proceed — strip-out doesn't start on assumptions about what's behind the wall.

Do you cover M&E upgrades as part of a refurbishment?

Yes, and it's the same contractor. We self-deliver M&E upgrades — services replacement, lighting, power and public health — alongside the fabric works, so the refurbishment is coordinated under one accountable team rather than split across trades.

Which areas do you cover?

London and the South East, including Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Berkshire.
